Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and All Finance LLC (“All Finance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Advertiser Disclosure, and Personal Loan Notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and located in the United States to submit a request. Services and loan products are not available in every state. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service or submit information.

2. What All Finance does

All Finance operates a marketing and lead-generation service. We collect information from consumers interested in personal loans and, when a request is submitted, sell and disclose that information to the companies identified on our Partners page. We may receive compensation from a listed partner if a referred consumer receives a funded loan. Our service is free to consumers.

All Finance is not a lender. We do not extend credit, make credit decisions, determine eligibility, set loan terms, issue loan proceeds, service loans, or collect loan payments. We are not your agent, financial adviser, credit counselor, debt-settlement provider, or fiduciary. Information on this site is general information and is not financial, legal, tax, or credit advice.

3. Referral partners and third-party lenders

The companies identified on our Partners page are independent from All Finance. They may provide personal-loan consulting or brokerage and connect consumers with third-party lenders. A listed partner and any lender have their own eligibility requirements, agreements, privacy practices, disclosures, fees, and terms. Their services are not governed by these Terms.

A listed partner may charge a consulting fee under a separate agreement if a consumer obtains funding. All Finance does not set, collect, or receive that consumer fee. Review the applicable partner and lender documents before signing or accepting anything.

4. No guarantee or offer of credit

Use of this site does not constitute an application to a lender, a loan offer, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of approval, funding, savings, rate, payment, term, or timing. Any credit decision and final loan terms are determined solely by a third-party lender after its review. You may receive no offer. Available products depend on factors such as state, lender criteria, income, credit history, and information you later provide to the partner or lender.

5. Your information and instructions

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information and not to impersonate another person. By submitting a request, you instruct All Finance to disclose and sell the information in that request to the companies identified on our Partners page so they can evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Our collection, use, and disclosure of information are described in the Privacy Policy and California Privacy Policy.

We do not currently request your Social Security number, bank-account credentials, or payment-card credentials through this website. Do not enter that information into any field that does not specifically request it.

6. Communications

Submitting a loan inquiry permits All Finance and the companies identified on our Partners page to respond regarding that inquiry through lawful non-automated calls and email. Consent to receive automated marketing calls or texts is governed by the specific consent presented with the form. You do not have to agree to automated marketing calls or texts as a condition of purchasing property, goods, or services.

You may revoke automated call or text consent by any reasonable method. For texts, reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Revocation does not affect communications already sent or communications that do not require that consent.

7. Electronic records

You agree that we may provide these Terms, policies, notices, and other records electronically through the website or the contact information you provide. You may print or save them using your browser. You are responsible for maintaining a device, internet access, and software capable of displaying ordinary web pages and PDF files. You may request a paper copy through our Contact Us page.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• submit false, fraudulent, or another person’s information;
• use the site for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity;
• interfere with the site’s security, availability, or operation;
• scrape, copy, or automate access except as permitted by law;
• introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with All Finance.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or other parties.

9. Intellectual property

The site’s design, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by All Finance or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the site for your personal, noncommercial use. No other rights are granted.

10. Third-party services and links

The site may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Google address suggestions and companies identified on our Partners page. We do not control third-party websites, products, underwriting, communications, security, or privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement. Your use of a third party’s service is governed by its own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and service are provided “as is” and “as available.” All Finance disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any partner or lender will respond or provide a particular result. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Finance and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from the site, referral service, partner services, lender decisions, or loan transactions. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold All Finance harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your material violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by All Finance’s own unlawful conduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to these Terms or the All Finance service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction. These Terms do not contain a mandatory arbitration provision.

15. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The “last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented as required by law. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the documents incorporated by reference are the entire agreement regarding the All Finance site and service.
